Return Policy

Returns and exchanges are accepted as per Aevynz Retails return guidelines. Contact support within the stated window with your order number.

Policy:

7-day return/exchange window
Product must be unused, unwashed and unworn
Original tags must remain attached
Original packaging should be retained
Return allowed for wrong product, damaged product, manufacturing defect, or size/fit issue
No return for change of mind if you want to control costs
For damaged/wrong items, customer should contact you within 48 hours with photos/video
Refund after the returned item is received and inspected
COD orders: No COD orders.
