These Terms of Sale govern purchases made through the Aevynz website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

## 1. Products

Aevynz offers women's clothing and fashion products through its website. We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colours, descriptions, measurements and other details accurately. However, slight variations in colour may occur due to screen settings, lighting or photography.

Customers are encouraged to review the product description, size/measurement information and other details before placing an order.

## 2. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed, Aevynz will inform the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include cancellation and refund of the unavailable item.

All product prices are displayed on the website in Indian Rupees (INR).

Applicable taxes, shipping charges and other charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

Aevynz reserves the right to change product prices at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been confirmed, except where required to correct an obvious pricing or technical error.

An order confirmation does not necessarily guarantee dispatch if the product becomes unavailable or an issue is identified with the order.

Customers may request cancellation before the order is dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. The customer may instead be required to follow the applicable return process.

Aevynz may cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, incorrect pricing, suspected fraudulent activity, incomplete information, or inability to deliver to the provided address.

## 6. Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, No COD order.

Returns and exchanges are subject to Aevynz's Return & Refund Policy published on the website.

Products must meet the applicable return conditions before a return, exchange or refund is approved.
